CATHEDRAL PEAKS
Cathedral Peaks is named after the Majestic Mountain behind the Lodge. This mountain peak is known for its beautiful granite peaks that reaches high towards the sky. It is only appropriate to have the Ranches most Luxurious room named Cathedral Peaks
Cathedral Peaks is the celebration suite that features a Canopy Pillow-top Bed with a sitting bench, two high back chairs overlooking the corner fireplace, next to the dining area and mini kitchenette stocked with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot and a Red Heart shaped whirlpool tub for two. Cathedral Peaks is a couples room with a private ground floor entrance. Overlooking the Upper Lake to the east. To the west the mountain ranges and peaks of Lionshead Mountain Peak, Cathedral Peaks and Black Mountain Range reaching to over 9000’.
TATANKA
Tatanka means “Buffalo”. Tatanka was named after an American wildlife icon, “the Buffalo”. An animal that projects being strong and bold, just like the American pioneers that founded the ranch in the late 1800’s.
Tatanka offers a handcrafted Log Post & Beam Queen bed, hand craved from a historic Barn that was located on the Western slope of Colorado. The room additional sleeping accommodations also includes a twin pull-out day bed where up to Four guest could enjoy the stay. Tatanka is situated in the Lodge area with a private deck overlooking the Upper Lake and Lionshead peaks. This room is Enhanced with vaulted wooden ceilings, a sitting area and beverage bar stocked with a small refrigerator, coffee pot, and microwave. All cabin rooms have private bathrooms.
BRIDGER
Bridger is named after Jim Bridger, a mountain man that spoke numerous native American languages and scouted the West new territory for the U.S. in the 1800’s. Bridger’s room is as unique as Jim Bridger himself.
Bridger offers a handcrafted custom built Log Queen bed with a pillow-top mattress and a twin pull-out day bed. Bridger is situated in the Lodge area overlooking the Upper Lake to the south and Cathedral Peaks to the north. Enhanced with vaulted wooden ceilings, a sitting area and beverage bar with a small refrigerator, coffee pot, and microwave. Bathroom accommodations included a private bath with a large walk-in shower.
LITTLE FAWN
Little Fawn, is named after a Native American that was married to Jim Bridger. Little Fawn was Jim Bridger’s third native American wife.
Little Lawn shares that native American feels of a variety of woven colors in the custom headboards for each of the two Queen Size beds. Enhanced with a variety of native American décor, vaulted wooden ceilings, a sitting area and beverage bar area with a small refrigerator, coffee pot, and microwave. Bathroom accommodations included a private bath with a large walk-in shower.
KNOTTY PINE
Knotty Pine is named after the thousands of knots in the original Knotty Pine boards all over this room. It is cozy and warm and a real conversation piece. Recipes from the 1920’s on how to make biscuits and pancakes remain engraved in the kitchenette wall tiles.
Knotty Pine offers a Canopy King Size bed with a pillow-top mattress. A dining area and a sitting area near the fireplace allows guest to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine during their stay. Knotty Pine is situated in the Lodging area with a covered porch overlooking the Upper Lake. Enhanced with vaulted wooden ceilings, a sitting area and beverage bar stocked with a small refrigerator, coffee pot, and microwave. This cabin room includes a Soaker Tub in its private bath.
